We deliver 7 days a week throughout Sydney, including Sundays. If no-one is home to collect the item, we will contact the recipient or follow the delivery note . The item could be left at the address if it is safe to do so (e.g front door, under the porch,etc…) if the courier unables to contact the recipient. During this conversation we do not disclose the nature of the item being delivered. Only one call is made to each home on our free delivery service. Deliveries between 9-5pm unless prior arrangements are made. The second trip will incur a $15 delivery fee, although it is very rare should we need to make 2 trips.

Being located in Sydney allows us to offer a same day Sydney delivery service. Outside the Sydney CBD and surrounding area will be a delivered the next day.

We provide flowers deliver on Sunday to most location in Sydney CBD and suburbs surrounded.

For orders delivery to residential addresses, the delivery will arrive from 9AM to 7PM.

Arriving time for flowers delivery to residential addresses is from 9AM to 7PM. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver is authorized to leave at the front door, under the porch or somewhere safe from weather and getting stolen. If for some reason it is not safe to leave, our drive will leave a card or contact the recipient about this issue. Minimum $10 is applied for second delivery. To avoid this, therefore, please specify “to leave by the front door” when you check out.

If you are sending flowers to an apartment in Sydney, it is best to speak with the recipient to see their whereabouts on the day. We do not recommend sending flowers to an apartment if the person will be at work. Unless you know the apartment building has an office or lobby the flowers can be left at.

We delivery flowers and gifts to most hospitals 7 days a week, Sunday included. Simply, you just have to select a product you prefer and fill in the name of the hospital once checking out. To make sure the order arrived on time, you should check if the patient is still in place to avoid second delivery. Also, sometimes the delivery, especially flowers, is not accepted to send to patients when they are in special departments such as ICU, then the order will be returned to shop and await for further details. Extra charge is applied for second delivery.

If you have any further delivery information such as the ward and room number of the patient, please add this information in the ‘additional delivery instructions’ box when you checkout. This will help the courier deliver directly to the recipients ward. If no ward/room details are given, the courier will ask the main reception desk for instructions, and go from there.

Please place order funeral at least 2 days before so we can get this delivered on time.

Funeral is the most respectful time of all occasions, and time is precious. Never be late is a critical rule with us.
Flowers tribute to the passing must always be on time or prior the service time. Therefore, please ensure all correct information about delivery such as address, name of the late/deceased, contact and name of the church/funeral service, and critically, the time of the service. Our couriers will deliver the flower prior the service time 1 hour or more, so all things can be set up before the guests arrive.
In order for us to organise the flower’s tribute on time, orders must be place prior 1 day before delivery. Or else, it is best to speak with our staff for the possibility.

As this most busiest day of the year for all florists, My Gorgeous Bouquets will carry out delivery earlier than normal time. Our starting time for delivery to residential addresses is from 5AM to 7PM, and business addresses from 9AM to 5PM.
Importantly, please provide us as much information as possible such as recipient’s contact number, specify address (house, unit, apartmenet, company and name, hospital,etc…)
If the recipient is not home, our couriers will leave a card in mail box to arrange re-delivery, and there is extra fee $10. To avoid this, you can specify “to leave at front door if not home”, when you check out.

Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up to date delivery address(espcially for bereavement).
However, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instruction, and are not recovered, we can not accept any resposibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering. If the information is fixed correctlly, we will arrange second delivery asap, and extra charge $15 is applied.
